The Executive Registry (SM) centers of excellence offer:
24 hour rapid access to medical care worldwide
Hospital assistance services including coordination of routine
or emergencyin-patient admission, outpatient care, second
opinion and follow-up care
Prompt referral to specialists at hospitals and other institutions
in the network
Physician consultative services to members hospitalized
in a non-network facility
Global emergency transportation including aeromedical
evaluation if needed
Pre-departure services such as medical consultation
and travel inoculations
Relocation health care planning fore executives and
their families who move abroad
The Menlo Medical Clinic is proud to participate in The Executive Registry (SM) network, as both a provider of health services to those traveling to the Bay Area and as a program coordinator for new members. We enroll individuals and families at the low rate of $300 per person, per year. Corporate rates vary by number of employees with discounts provided for larger groups.
Once enrolled, a member receives a "medical passport" which includes a gold card and instructions on how to access the system. Members are also given a toll-free number that automatically routes to the nearest The Executive Registry (SM) affiliated institution.
